Please read our Cancellation & Returns policy carefully before placing your order.

Order Cancellation:

We understand that sometimes plans change that’s why we allow order cancellations before the order is dispatched.

  • You can request cancellation by contacting us via email or WhatsApp.
  • Once your order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
  • If your cancellation request is approved, a refund will be issued through the same payment method within a few working days.

Shipping & Delivery:

Since every skin is custom-cut precisely for your specific device model, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the order has been delivered.

  • We do not accept returns because the product is made to fit your device exactly once cut, it cannot be reused.
  • We ensure that the exact design and model you ordered is delivered, so there’s no risk of receiving the wrong item.
  • If you ever receive a damaged or defective skin (which is extremely rare), please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and our team will assist you.

🧾 Important Notes:

  • Cancellation requests made after dispatch will not be accepted.
  • Refunds (in case of approved cancellations) are processed within 1–3 working days.
  • Please double-check your device model and design before confirming your order to avoid issues.
